The HJT always love coming down to play the Sound Lounge.
This will be a special gig for the trio for a number of reasons. Firstly, we will be welcoming guest drummer Mr Jamie Cameron. Jamie is a well known figure on the Sydney scene. You may have seen him with The Jazzgroove Mothership Orchestra, 20th Century Dog, Amphibious or Lilly Dior amongst others and we’re pretty excited to have him along.
We’ll be playing a real compilation of tunes from the trios song book over the last 4 years, including premiering 2 new tunes as the band moves into its next phase.
We’d love you to come down as this may be the trio’s last gig in Sydney for a little while as we take some time to work on the next stage, with a new album and bigger project all in the pipeline!
Lots of Love

In case your unfamiliar, The Jazzgroove Association is an artist-led and focused non-profit association committed to presenting and raising the profile of quality original music drawn from and inspired by jazz and improvised music in Sydney. We always love being a part of their progressive programming and I’m stoked to be the June/July featured artist.

The HJT trio, (Hannah, Ed and Casey), are playing a set on Tuesday 2nd of June. We’ve been working on some new originals, a little Beatles and some Richie Beiracht so would love to have some ears to taste test them!

Fantastic Sydney vocalist Matilda Abraham kicks of the first set with her fantastic band of Carl Morgan and James Waples at 8pm.

So come on down, easy to get to, two great bands, a bar, supporting an awesome artist led association. We’d love to see you there!
